“Creative right” means that everyone has the right to shape their own life the way they wish, using their talents and connecting with their soul. To truly exercise our “creator rights,” we need to adopt a “creator mindset.” Just like when we want freedom or to excel at something, the right mindset is crucial.
Creative Right
We all have something called ‘creator rights.’ Have you ever heard of it? It’s different from ‘human rights.’ Let’s discuss what ‘creator rights’ mean.
“Creative right” means that everyone has the right to shape their own life the way they wish, using their talents and connecting with their soul.
We all have the power to shape our own lives. This is what we call “creator rights.” It means you get to decide how you want to live, the style you want to have, and how your life looks.
Life is full of big and small moments. Think about it – do you remember having tacos for dinner with your family? Probably not. But you might remember when a big storm hit and the power went out. Both are parts of life, but we often only focus on the big moments and forget the everyday ones.
Every day, the things we do, the choices we make, they all shape our life’s story. Just because they’re regular doesn’t mean they’re not important. In fact, these everyday moments can tell a lot about who we are and what our life is like.
Did you know the Bible talks about our power to create our lives? In the beginning, in the book of Genesis, God made everything. Then, He let humans name the animals and decide how they should live. This shows that, just like God, we also have the power to shape our world.
Throughout history, humans have always been creators. Look at all the amazing things we’ve made! From steam trains and light bulbs to boats, clocks, and clothes. We even learned how to make fire. Our history is filled with examples of how we keep inventing and creating things to improve our lives. However, unfortunate, we started forgetting about our ability to shape our own lives. Somehow, we’ve lost sight of this creative power in our everyday routines.
Human Right
The difference you’re pointing out between “creative rights” and “human rights” seems to be that while “creative rights” emphasize individual empowerment, personal choices, and shaping one’s own destiny, “human rights” focus on the basic and inherent rights that all humans should be entitled to, ensuring protection, dignity, and equality among all.
The United Nations provides a clear definition of human rights:
Human Rights as Defined by the United Nations:
“Human rights are rights inherent to all human beings, regardless of race, sex, nationality, ethnicity, language, religion, or any other status. Human rights include the right to life and liberty, freedom from slavery and torture, freedom of opinion and expression, the right to work and education, and many more.”
In short, while human rights ensure that everyone is treated with respect, dignity, and without discrimination, “creative rights” focus on individual agency, choices, and personal creative expression in shaping one’s life.
Here is the differentiation
Human Rights:
- Definition: Rights inherent to all human beings, regardless of race, sex, nationality, ethnicity, language, religion, or any other status. Defined and endorsed by organizations like the United Nations.
- Purpose: To ensure basic dignity, protection, and equality among all people.
- Examples: Right to life, liberty, freedom from slavery and torture, freedom of opinion and expression, the right to work, education, and more.
- Perspective: More protective in nature, ensuring that basic necessities and freedoms are available to everyone, and that they’re free from harm, discrimination, and oppression.
- Scope: Universal. Applies to all humans everywhere.
Creative Rights:
- Definition: The idea that individuals have the right to shape their own lives according to their desires and wishes, using their inherent talents and engaging with their inner soul.
- Purpose: To emphasize individual empowerment, personal choices, and the shaping of one’s own destiny.
- Examples: Choosing one’s path in life, creating one’s lifestyle, pursuing personal passions, and leveraging innate talents.
- Perspective: More about personal agency and expression. It’s about having the freedom and empowerment to craft and influence one’s life journey.
- Scope: Personal and individual. It’s about one’s own life choices and aspirations.
In essence, while human rights are about ensuring everyone’s basic rights and protections, creative rights emphasize the personal freedom to design and lead one’s life.
What affected them?
Both human rights and creative rights are important, but they’re affected differently. Human rights are often influenced by big decisions made by leaders and governments. Sometimes, these decisions can hurt people.
On the other hand, creative rights are about our freedom to express ourselves and shape our lives. Often, we are our biggest challenge when it comes to these rights. Instead of others taking them away, we sometimes limit ourselves.
Can you see the difference? If someone takes away your human rights, you can point to them and say they did something wrong. But with creative rights, the person limiting them might just be ourselves. We need to be careful not to hold ourselves back.
Why We limit Our Creative Rights?
The main reason we don’t fully use our creative rights is that many of us don’t understand or know about the “creative mindset.” Without this understanding, it’s easy for us to overlook or even discard our own creative abilities.
The Importance of the Right Mindset
To truly exercise our “creator rights,” we need to adopt a “creator mindset.” Just like when we want freedom or to excel at something, the right mindset is crucial.
Why should we care?
There are many reasons to be aware, but the most noticeable one is this: the kinds of jobs people are doing are changing, and what our society thinks is important is shifting too. For example, the way we work and live is changing because of new technologies like AI and chat systems. Long ago, people used tools called “abacuses” for math. Do you remember hearing about newspaper delivery kids or milk being delivered to homes? Those jobs disappeared because as technology and transportation got better, we didn’t need those jobs anymore. In the same way, as technology keeps growing, what’s valued now is being creative and thinking differently, instead of just working hard or doing what we’re told.
Even if things seem okay now, in about ten years, the way we live and work will feel different. One big reason is that we should always remember our rights. For example, imagine if someone was being treated badly and didn’t know they deserved better. They might continue living unhappily. But if they knew their rights, they could try to change things.
It’s like this with our creative rights too. Some famous people, like Joe Dispenza, Oprah Winfrey, and Deepak Chopra, always say that we can shape our own lives. They believe that if we understand and use our creative rights, we can make our lives better.
Why not ask ourselves: “Why can’t I do it too?”
Summary
Barriers to Recognizing the Creator Right
- Lack of Self-awareness: Not understanding one’s desires, values, and aspirations can obscure the recognition of one’s Creator right.
- External Pressures: Societal norms, peer pressure, and external expectations can constrain individuals, making them feel they lack control over their life choices.
- Limited Knowledge: Not understanding the dynamics between the soul, body, and main resource can hinder the effective exercise of the Creator right. This is where education and introspection play a crucial role.
Activating the Creator Right
- Self-Respect: Valuing oneself is the first step. Recognize your worth, capabilities, and potential.
- Knowledge Acquisition:
- About Oneself: Engage in introspective practices like meditation, journaling, or therapy. Understand your desires, strengths, weaknesses, and aspirations.
- About the Dynamics: Delve into the understanding of how the soul, body, and main resource interact. This might involve spiritual readings, discussions, or seeking guidance from mentors.

인권…모두가 지키고 누려야 할 소중한 권리입니다♡감사해요^^
I hope the creative rights be conceived so natural and given like human rights
