Kate Heeyoung is a distinguished healthcare consultant with a multifaceted background and exceptional talents in human resource management that surpass typical abilities. Her career spans several decades as a program coordinator, where she has excelled in diverse sectors including finance, property assessment, non-profit organizations, government contracting, healthcare, and faith-based communities.
Moreover, Kate’s personal journey as a caregiver for a medically intensive care child in a home care setting has imbued her with a unique, multilayered perspective encompassing patient care, caregiver challenges, and hospital administration. Her hands-on experiences in the healthcare sector extend to nursing facilities, ambulatory care, health insurance, homecare agencies, hospitals, and community health.
In addition to her field expertise, Kate is a seasoned educator, having served as a program director and strategic director for a Korean alternative international school, focusing on adult career development in human resources. Academically, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Welfare, a Master’s in Healthcare Administration, and a specialty in Strategic Management from Harvard Business School. Currently, she is pursuing a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration.
